Requies you to give him your full social security number. This is not a requirement. They refuesed to see me when I wouldn't give it to them. They have your drivers license, Insurance card and all of your history. Once you release your social secuity number anyone that has access to the paperwork can assume your identity. That means a discruntled employee, cleaning staff, office machine repar person, not to mention anyone that hacks into their computer system.
