This has been the worst healthcare experience. I moved from San Diego to Las Vegas and looked to transfer my care after completing cancer care. My oncologist in Vegas is fantastic and wrote the orders for a diagnostic mammogram. I have been trying for two months to schedule. Today I arrived for my mammogram and have been sitting for 30 minutes while they contact IT to find images sent from UCSD. BREACH of Duty Beware of Dr. Kevin Chang reports at Steinberg Diagnostics Las Vegas Nevada. He reported that my "Lungs are clear". Three months later an incidental chest CT reported that I have 3 unchanged lung nodules and a 3 cm mass in the lung apex. Dr. Chang MISSED them Completely. This is called Medical Breach of Duty and should be considered as malpractice. Patients be AWARE your medical imaging reports at Steinberg may not be accurate !!!
