ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for the Patients BREACH of Duty Beware of Dr. Kevin Chang reports at Steinberg Diagnostics Las Vegas Nevada. He reported that my "Lungs are clear". Three months later an incidental chest CT reported that I have 3 unchanged lung nodules and a 3 cm mass in the lung apex. Dr. Chang MISSED them Completely. This is called Medical Breach of Duty and should be considered as malpractice. Patients be AWARE your medical imaging reports at Steinberg may not be accurate !!!
