This has been the worst healthcare experience. I moved from San Diego to Las Vegas and looked to transfer my care after completing cancer care. My oncologist in Vegas is fantastic and wrote the orders for a diagnostic mammogram. I have been trying for two months to schedule. Dear SDMI Management/Customer Service, I visited your Henderson location as a new patient on 20 August 2024. I was extremely disappointed to learn that you do not accept cash payments for you services. As you undoubtedly know, cash is legal tender for all debts, public and private. takes a long time to get answer on the phone, when you on the phone trying to schedule the test , SDMI just talking with you and next time don't hear anything from them, SDMI never call you back to fix the problem, patient have to call again from the beginning, very poor business

I've gone to Steinberg Diagnostic for many different tests and for many years at the Tenaya site. This last tests were for just an X-Ray. The first one this time I took on August 11, 2020. Machine was down, results were not good. Had to be retaken. Got there at 7:30 am on September 1, 2020 and waited almost three hours! Went to desk twice to make sure I wasn't overlooked.
