I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking flor flooring. I’ve dealt with them since 2017 on numerous occasions. The most recent experience we had was water damage in our sunroom, which of course destroyed the carpet. I contacted them and spoke with the Manager, Jordan, who came out and looked at it. Colton Dueck was professional, knowledgeable, proactive and very friendly. We would recommend Colton to anyone. Also to Ruwin and his crew of installers were the best. Courteous, polite and very hard working. Kudos to Steinbach flooring.
I wasn't there for flooring but I was there on other business and it's a very beautiful showroom and the staff are very friendly.
Having done many projects now with Steinbach Flooring, my experience is that they really care for their customers and the products they are selling/installing. All staff I've worked alongside has been great, specifically Colton Dueck in sales has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with what they have to offer.
