Great experience – Stein-Perry real estate agency is a great place, for those who are looking to rent or to buy an apartment in the Washington Height’s area. Gus Perry was agent that I worked with on a purchase of my first apartment. Found exactly what I was looking for – Louis Pulice at Stein Perry was great to work with. He showed me a couple of apts in hudson heights and, when they weren't what I was looking for he asked for a couple of days to see what he could find. Two days later, I was back in the Heights looking at the perfect apartment. He stayed in touch and made sure I was set from signing the lease to moving in. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Are you freakin kidding me? – Gus Perry showed us the most disgusting apts I ahve ever seen..one even had poop and flies in the toilet...I felt like throwing up..I was in total shock...how can someone do such a thing....run away from them as fast as you can and use Ardor...ask for Richard Nymark..a salt of the earth kind of guy..just kind and wonderful..not a shiester like Perry..YUCK!

Sleazy and average. – Used these guys to find an apt. in Washington Heights. I paid them $2000 to walk me up the st. and unlock the door. They also requested I pay as much of their fee as I can in cash!!! What!!?? Kind of sleazy but probably no different than any other broker in NYC.
