Helpful and kind. Great for short-term transition to home care. There is cafeteria service on order. They use the Firelands Regional Hospital for cafeteria services and need lead time of before the prior cafeteria service. Otherwise they are willing to serve from the House stock of the current service. But if it fancies you, you can drive to the hospital cafeteria yourself.

We had an awful experience. While my dad was en route, via ambulance from Cleveland Clinic in Avon, my mom and I got to Stein 20 minutes early. When we got off the elevator, there was no one there to greet us, but oh well, we were early (a general sign in the lobby area would be nice if you can't afford to have someone there to greet visitors). When I found a nurse sitting at a computer, I introduced myself and asked which room would be for my dad (we were told to bring items from home to make the room feel more comfortable)... read more

This experience has been the worst. It's so disappointing the little effort & shortness of time they have to come into the home for the amt of money they receive from insurance. They offered little to NO extra support in caring for my family member.
