Stein is a pos an his wife is a rude biatch
The receptionist (Rose)is very rude. She thinks she can talk to u anyway she wants too. Only reason I gave them a 1 is because of the lady doctor. She's very nice and caring. But overall this office is a joke. The receptionist tried to charge me an extra 50 dollars because I was not feeling good and my primary told me to stay away from people for a few days. But she didn't care. Totally unprofessional.
Worst pain facility in the country. Shocked it didn't close after its 2019 raid. Dr stein claims it's "illegal" to bring your spouse in the exam room. It's illegal to prevent them. He doesn't want 3rd parties in the room, to aid in deniability. FYI it's normal to want family at ur Dr appt to ask qs about care & have awareness of treatment plans. Esp if ur expecting invasive procedures or injections. He claims he won't prescribe over 90mme anymore, bc that's the "magic number." So no one is treated as an individual, just as a... read more
I've really never had a problem with the doctor and staff here but I don't think we should pay and we have insurance. Are they getting double paid?
I honestly don’t even know why this place is still open. The receptionist (Rose) is extremely rude and disrespectful. She hung up in my face because I tried to reschedule my appointment. She told me that I could never talk to Dr. Stein (which is weird) and if I didn’t like it I can find another provider. I will not be going back there.
