Last year they charged me 1200 for air compressor and what not, I didn’t use it then and since it’s been hot every time I turn the air conditioner on my check engine light comes on and the car struggles, they also said my power steering pump wasn’t leaking I took it to get an oil change 2 days later and they said it was leaking, that’s another reason I didn’t use the air conditioner to make sure it worked properly was because the power steering pump went out. Books is a great place to take your vehicle for service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They quickly identified and resolved a problem I was having with my truck. They explained everything thoroughly in terms I could understand. They also identified issues that should be monitored on future visits to avoid other problems from developing. I highly recommend Books for your vehicle service needs.
Book's has been working on my car for about 2 years and they always do an excellent job. Everyone there is nice and professional and they do a good job of keeping the customer informed. My car is there now and when they found out the thing we thought was the issue wasn't the issue they didn't charge me for any of the parts, labor, or tow. That was totally unexpected and definitely first rate service. I will continue using Book's for my car and will encourage all of my friends to use them as well.
