Renting from Stegner for the last 3 years has been very nice. Everyone who has helped me from their office is kind, and they take care of problems fast. Of course, I have been renting from them for so long that I have come across a couple of issues, but they were nothing Stegner did not take care of.
I am quite sure that Stegner is amongst the best management company I have worked with. They have been able to manage both if my rental properties successfully. I am always pleased with what they are doing to keep them profitable and occupied.
