Very unkind. I realize that a 25% restock fee is charged for canceling ordered furniture. The receipt says 25% restock fee COVID delay 24 weeks. But I waited 32 weeks!!!! for this couch and have an emergency 5000K medical procedure. They won't give me a break or a discount. I had to cancel...so now they get $800. I'm 67. This was my first ordered couch of my life. I'm sorry for getting sick.
