A big shout out to both Nick and especially Joe for honouring a commitment to sort out a replacement after the warranty had expired. The defect was only noticed about a month after warranty had passed and Nick very kindly said he would replace. Joe was very professional in communicating and proposing the day to meet and kept me posted on estimated arrival time. You have both restored my confidence in old fashioned customer service. Sincere thanks to you both.
Terrible service the wrong number is advertised for the Chevallum store I got Staplyton gold coast and finally when i got a call back the lady gave me the number for Chevallum store the number was the wrong number . The lady at the Staplyton store did not seem interested in my enquiry and passed me off. Very poor service
Found Brian and staff to be incredibly helpful and professional when solving an issue with shower parts I needed. Couldn't recommend Stegbar high enough
