Hi there, I’ve ordered a shower door almost a month ago through David at stegbar. When I paid I sent immediately an email of the payment confirmation, didn’t get any reply for a week. David sent an email after a week saying that I had to sign a confirmation order, done after an hour than no reply. Extremely poor customer service. No one in office returns calls. Poor quality control - Window delivered was wrong size. Flyscreen delivered was wrong size. Safety issue with install. Workmanship poor and what a mess the installers left behind twice! Would never use this group again.
For external doors, go to Stegbar FOR GODS SAKE DO NOT GO TO DOORS PLUS. Doors plus rip you off Update The quality is not good as expected Despite following up on the opeining direction numerous times with diagrams they screwed up. Sallam has been amazing. We got exactly what we wanted, for a great purpose and every question was answered quickly and with patience! Can't recommend Stegbar and Sallam more highly!
We fitted a double door 2 years ago with Stegbar and wer happy with the product and installation. So we ordered some bifold doors for our rear area. The doors look OK but the installation has been terrible. It has been over three months since installation and we can still not fully fold back the doors and the rear door lock provided does not close and the lock jams up.
