Nightmare ! 12 weeks to get a deposit refund after they measured and quoted the remeasured and increased price 20% .. terrible email and phone service … stay clear !
A faulty towers style shambles of an interaction (with the exception of the excellent Belinda) from start to finish. Delivered late and requiring 7 separate interactions to get a set of doors and windows replaced. Started with a production delay, then the windows turned up without the colonial bars as specified and better yet didn't lock. I don't often feel the need to leave reviews but on this occasion I have to. I dropped into the Helensvale Showroom yesterday and left wishing I hadn't bothered. As mentioned in an earlier post by another customer I delt with a sales lady that has 100% ruled out ever using Stegbar Gold Coast for any project. She was uninterested, combative and spoke to me like a 1st grader. I simply went in to get a rough idea on price and availability for a set of external french doors.
