Call once a week for a shower door replacement, spoke with either Brad or Dave who email a "Steve" to contact us within 48hrs to arrange a measure. Its been 2 months now.
I am deeply dissapointed with my purchase of one! timber glass sliding door with flyscreen from Stegbar. We initially made payment for the slider in October last year with an expected delivery date at the end of November, which is now 8 months ago. We had lots of problems and still don't have a functional, well stretched, flyscreen. Staff are trying to be helpful, but you need to chase everything up. First slider delivered was the wrong type. I purchased a 4-metre-wide bifold door from Stegbar Geelong, and it has been a complete disaster. The order was placed in June 2024, with a promised delivery and installation time of 10 weeks. However, on installation, the doors were too wide for the opening. I was initially told I would need to wait another 8 weeks for replacement doors, but after much discussion, they agreed to 4 weeks.
