We contacted Stegbar to get a quote for a wardrobe fit out in our new home. They arranged a time to come look at our build and listened to what we thought we needed, gave us advice on how to use the space to it's best functionality. This was followed up with a written quote and drawings so we could visualise our finished product. The finished product is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the way it looks and functions. It appears Stegbar dont want business. Left an enquiry on their website after looking at some of their products which was ignored. Rang their 1800 number which said it was disconnected. Reached out on their instagram to check up on the request for a quote was told someone would call me and never did. Wanted to invest in a tailored solution for our new build, even mentioned to the person on instagram Id be happy to arrange pickup and install myself. Crickets.

Call once a week for a shower door replacement, spoke with either Brad or Dave who email a "Steve" to contact us within 48hrs to arrange a measure. Its been 2 months now.
I am deeply dissapointed with my purchase of one! timber glass sliding door with flyscreen from Stegbar. We initially made payment for the slider in October last year with an expected delivery date at the end of November, which is now 8 months ago. We had lots of problems and still don't have a functional, well stretched, flyscreen. Staff are trying to be helpful, but you need to chase everything up. First slider delivered was the wrong type.
