Call once a week for a shower door replacement, spoke with either Brad or Dave who email a "Steve" to contact us within 48hrs to arrange a measure. Its been 2 months now.
I am deeply dissapointed with my purchase of one! timber glass sliding door with flyscreen from Stegbar. We initially made payment for the slider in October last year with an expected delivery date at the end of November, which is now 8 months ago. We had lots of problems and still don't have a functional, well stretched, flyscreen. Staff are trying to be helpful, but you need to chase everything up. First slider delivered was the wrong type. I purchased a 4-metre-wide bifold door from Stegbar Geelong, and it has been a complete disaster. The order was placed in June 2024, with a promised delivery and installation time of 10 weeks. However, on installation, the doors were too wide for the opening. I was initially told I would need to wait another 8 weeks for replacement doors, but after much discussion, they agreed to 4 weeks. Stegbar Gelong is probably the worst company to deal with. Asked for a quote 12 months ago, guy came on site then never heard a thing back despite multiple attempts to contact. Stupidly tried again recently and exactly the same thing happened. One would think it can't be that hard to type a few numbers on a page and email it, but you'd be incorrect. Then try and ring them but it's a generic number and calls the closes place instead of the store you are dealing with. They must be making a fortune because they clearly do not w... read more
