Salesperson very unhelpful
Brought my two elderly parents down to airport west Victoria showroom to confirm what wardrobes they wanted in their renovation. 3 salespeople sitting around doing nothing and when I asked for some advice they told me to look online? Several other disappointing discussions were had about help and basic specification and showroom help but we got no where other than “make a complaint to head office if you aren’t happy” 🤦♂️

Verry disappointing! After looking at the wardrobe doors on display in the showroom. We ordered the Vic Ash doors, as they looked good. What we received were MDF doors with a Vic Ash veneer. This would be ok, if it looked good. However, it is the same grain repeated 13 times. Our wardrobe doors look like a bad 70’s wallpaper. Not what we ordered! To add insult to injury the installer also damaged the floorboards in our hallway. That was 2 weeks ago, and we still have not had a response from Stegbar. Avoid!
