ordered oil pump and pick up for my bbc told it would be at my door in three days almost two weeks nothing not even a email explaining why it hasnt shipped good thing i had a back up plan would have taken me out of the points race i know not to purchase from them in the future

Bought a sbc oil pan some time ago and had technical questions. Called them directly and they said their tech department would call back, called 2 more times over the coarse of that week and never heard from them. Life got busy and project went on hold. I called them back 2 months later, last week and again still never heard back from them. Horrible customer service and I will no longer be buying there products or dealing with them.

COULD NOT BE WORSE!!!!! Pan for my Dart Iron Eagle block did not hold the amount advertised so I called Stefs,He said send it to them I did they said it would be around 350 to add to the sump I asked to bill me now they did..They finished the pan and charged me again sent to to my neighbors house across the street.I called and Told them I was double charged and that I would have just purchased another pan for 395.00 and had to call my bank.He reversed the charges and lied..He said I was trying to hide the charges from my wif... read more
