Steffan was referred by a friend after my furnace stopped working and I believed repair would be too costly on the old system. Steffan offered to come out on a Sunday morning. I was asking for a quote on replacing the entire system, but Steffan took the time to look at my furnace and got it working in 30 minutes. He was professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I'll be reaching out to him for any HVAC repairs or maintenance in the future.
I've been working with Steffen for several years now, maintaining the 19 HVAC units that are on our 2 commercial buildings. He is a true professional; he knows his technology, is super responsive, and organized. I love working with Steffen!
I was driving on hwy 49 and had the younger employee with tattoos flipping me off out the window for not sure what reason but it's definitely not how I picture a professional handling themselves driving a company vehicle. If this is how they act I dont reccomend using their services since the work is probably the same quality as the employees.
