I have rented from Steffen Zenner Properties for nearly 2 years and they sent me a notice to vacate in April due to “Renovations that we don’t foresee being possible with a tenant residing in the unit.” When I asked them what the renovations entailed, I was told “I wouldn’t call it renovating so much as ensuring the long term health and functionality of the heating system.” I wanna reiterate that I got this notice in April and they were talking about the heating system in June.
