There are not enough kind words to say about this property management company! I lived at 277 Wilder for three years and had a great experience. They were always timely with maintenance and notifications about snow emergencies, and they have kept the apartment building in great condition. Aaron is kind and responsive and the rest of the staff is so nice too. I really recommend renting from them, you will not be disappointed!
So far, amazing and wonderful. The apartment building I'm in has been beautifully restored. Just impressive. I am looking forward to getting my cat out of foster care, and here, soon. Thank you, Aaron Zenner.
Awesome location on Ford parkway. Owners /management, caretaker was quick to respond and actually helpful. Building was old, quiet heater noises sometimes. Arched ceilings and wooden floors in our appartment, has character. This was a one bigger than typical bedroom, but still need more bedrooms you have a kid or more. Rent was decent. A friend lived on the University location thru SZ and their home/appartment had a cute screened porch, they put twinkly lights in, inside they had super tall ceilings, also wood floors. I lived on Grand Avenue for 3 years and I was always blown away by how accommodating everyone was. I am really gonna miss living there and the excellent communication that was always present. The steps they took during lockdown were considerate and they always had their resident's best interests at heart. Thank you for providing a safe home for me!
Apartment property owners will never be confused with people who have a conscious and this ownership group is certainly no different. Here are some simple facts: They raise the rent every year and then claim it's because the property tax increased, but that's a lie. Property taxes do not increase every year in Ramsey County! When something needs to be fixed, they promise to do it, but only if it fits their schedule and/or budget.
