He’s horrible unless you want to hear about his war/currier stories. He’s so slow and it’s almost impossible to get in to see him. You spend more time in the waiting room than seeing him. Doesn’t matter though because you’ll only get to hear him talk about the past. Just choose someone else. This guy needs to retire.
---LEUKEMIA--- Every appointment i had and all my money , gas , and hours of my life , dr steffen missed the diagnosis every time , pushed test aside and said my body was fighting a infection. I have requested a full refund for every dollar i spent including gas , test isued , they cant refund the hours of my life i could have had treatments instead of hospice. He is the best doctor I have ever had. In 2012 I had got really sick and went to several doctors including several hospitals to find out what was wrong with me. Dr. Steffen diagnosed me with Trigeminal Neuralgia within 10 minutes of my office visit and got me started immediately on medication. He has been there for me ever since. I really like his nurse Whitney and his office desk clerk Brooke, very nice ladies.
Love this guy! Very old school and not wrapped up in the latest greatest thing the pharmaceutical companies are pushing. Very methodical and thorough and sticks with what works! Front desk were awesome and helped accommodate my daughters sickness on short notice. Very nice to see people that still care these days!
