Great service all around! Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Our tech Larry arrived same day after my furnace stopped working. He figured out the issue and got it back up and running. Very kind and knowledgeable, answered all our questions. Also, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Awesome staff and leadership and totally trustworthy.
We actually had 2 visits with them. The first was an emergency on a day during the heatwave last summer. Came over immediately on a Saturday, was very nice and knowledgeable. The A/C unit just wasn't properly cleaned. He went ahead and cleaned it out and got the A/C working again. Then he gave me a tutorial on how to do it myself. The other visit was just for some maintenance on the heating unit. Would highly recommend.
I called with an AC issue and they were out the next day. Friendly staff and worked fast!
Once again, awesome service! I came back from vacation on a Friday night to no air conditioning! Made contact with Steffens and Cole was there the next morning! He explained my problems and gave me options. I ended up getting a new air conditioner and it was put in place the following Monday! Steffens offers great after hours service which I appreciated as my house temperature was 85-90 degrees!
