Steffan is a great realtor. From the beginning when we were strategizing price, he gave expert opinions and walked me through his through processes and shared the evidence to back them up. I felt totally comfortable asking him for input at various points in the process and he was always prompt and knowledgeable in response. Stephan was the realtor for the person I had purchased the house from. Unfortunately, due to job circumstances I had to turn around and resell the house. He impressed me enough. I used him in the sale. He has been responsive and easy to work with. He is even resending me my closing statement I cannot find trying to file taxes. Now that is service after the sale.
