I should have listened to these reviews years ago. Stefanie Shelton is horrible. She IS rude and a liar. I was fed up with her and finally moved out that roach infested house. Purposely rented it to me knowing it was infested among other things. Want to charge $75 for EACH thing in that house that needed fixing knowing well it wasn’t fixed in the first place.
Shame on you for your involvement with Just Enterprises. 7 years later, and the homes you helped broker are still sitting empty and of need of major remodeling. All 5 of them…1 street. You have helped to devastate Westbury 3, and the home prices in it.
Knowledanble professional
Difficult to work with. My agent was trying to rent a home from her listing and she was extremely difficult and wanted my agent to run all over town for her. She also requested application fees up front before being considered for a lease. Ended up rejecting our pet even though it clearly stated as a case by case basis on the listing!
