I visited Dr. Stefanie Knapp because I was having trouble driving at night due to glare and starbursts. After running a series of tests, she prescribed night driving glasses and indicated they would make a meaningful difference. I purchased the glasses and they made no difference whatsoever -- not even slightly. I visited the optical company to confirm the glasses had been made to Dr. Knapp's specifications.
