Dr Knapp and her staff is great.
Horrible experience. Was sent to Dr. Knapp as an emergency after seeing flashes and black spots. She completed a full exam and said nothing was wrong. I spent the entire next day in the emergency room having multiple CT and MRI scans, all to find nothing wrong. After seeing another ophthalmologist we found it was a very standard run of the mill detachment. The oversight cost me thousands. I have since emailed the address provided in the response, and it's been a week with no response.
