Stefanie was very personable. She always listened to what I needed. I am sad that she is not in Patchogue anymore. I definitely miss her.
She is an absolute delight very personable and makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
Ive been a patient for sometime now. Must say if I need an appointment, I get scheduled assp, if I need lab work it gets scheduled asap, if I have any questions they call me later on during the day but I do get a call back and I get their direct line!! The professionalism and the courtesy That is displayed has me a patient there for many years and I will remain as long as I can be. Very professional, intelligent, goes above for her patients. Sits and takes the time to acknowledge you, ask you questions, listen to your questions and/or concerns, does not rush the appointments, very thorough, very patient!! Always has a smile on, and being in the medical field, that is hard when you are deprived a break, sleep, and 10 minutes to yourself. I commend the hard work any professionalism encounters everyday! Thank you for being an ear, and a trust worthy professional!
I have never experienced such disorganization, lack of communication, and disregard for patients in a medical office. First of all, it took at least five in-person visits before Stefanie even seemed to recognize who I was. Every appointment felt like starting from scratch, with no familiarity with my history, concerns, or ongoing treatment. That alone is unacceptable. The medication issues have been even worse.
