First off, I show show up for my first-ever appointment on time and sat in a jam-packed waiting room for well over an hour and a half. I FINALLY get called back, and get sent to Dr. Schultis' office... and wait there yet another 45 minutes to meet with her. She rushed me through that, didn't bother to give me the chance to ask the questions I had before putting me in an exam room. Quickly realized that her bedside manner is nonexistent. I will not be going back.
Dr. Schultis is such a caring and dedicated doctor. I have been her patient for the last 14 years and she has always treated me with the absolute best care and concern. She recently delivered my first child and the experience was as good as it could have possibly been. She made sure myself and my family were completely aware of what was going on in, what was to come and how to follow up. She is not only professional but also very warm and caring about her patients. My family and I adore her.
I just moved to Mandeville from Arkansas. My neighbor highly recommended Dr Schultis. I am glad I took her recommendation. Now I am recommending her.
Horrible Doctor!!! If you are not pregnant and have an urgent problem this is not the Doctor for you. She cancels appointments frequently and no one calls to let you know you need to reschedule. They will tell you when you get there. Yes, emergencies arise, but when a doctor makes it her practice to habitually cancel appointments without alerting patients to the change that becomes a problem. I am a post menopausal woman having irregular spotting and my health concern should not have to wait.

I completely disagree with this assessment of me and my practice. I have for over 25 years always made every attempt to be considerate of other peoples time and schedule. I do not habitually cancel patients and always do everything I can when we do to make another appointment at a convenient time for them. However, it is comforting to know that most people understand that it could be them or their family member that needs me and are just grateful it isn't them in an emergency.
I have never seen doctor Shultis her self, but choosing her as my new GYN and letting her nurse practitioner Katie Jones do my yearly pap.,was the wors mistake I have ever made. She treated me for E- coli before my test results came back, (she treated me the same day). I now have a yeast overgrowth, a server immune system drop, and the antibiotic she gave me for something she did not even know I had yet, killed my good and bad bacteria. So, I am fighting to get myself normal, 3mths! Still sick!!
Dr. Schultis is very thorough and always makes time to make sure she gets all the information. She always makes my concerns seem valid and answers any questions I may have.
