Refused to refund a deposit for a senior prom dress that hasn’t been altered yet knowing the dress will not ever be worn or needed since senior prom has been cancelled in RI due to coronavirus. 👎🏻 said they must protect their employees when there’s unemployment put into place for this pandemic as well as the small business loans program. Do better, smh. Not everyone is financially stable or fortunate enough to buy a dress and have no use for it! If you think otherwise, then your privilege is showing.
Stefania and her staff make the “usually stressful and rushed shopping for a prom gown experience” into a wonderful, creative and fun adventure! If you want a person al touch, this is your shop ladies! You matter! How you look AND feel in your choice of gown or tux really matters to them! I am very impressed by this shop and staff! Well done ladies!
Just bought three prom dresses for my daughters, and I can’t believe what excellent service we received!! Everyone that works there is SO nice and SO helpful! They made so many great suggestions, and my daughters had so much to choose from. We’ll be back next year!!
Stefania is absolutely amazing!!!! I have watched her business grow and flourish over the last 30 years. She is incredibly smart, caring and truly wants all girls to feel beautiful on their special day. If you have not checked out her store, you are missing out. Stefania is the best of the best. This boutique is fantastic. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Bought my daughter’s prom dress and shoes today and every member of the staff offered assistance during our experience here. Highly recommend!!!!
The service is excellent! These ladies are super friendly and really listen to what you want! I went today with my daughter and not only did we get her a beautiful dress for her upcoming winter ball, but also got her Semi-formal dress. They give great service and are not pushy in sales.
