I have never been treated so disrespectfully by both the office person sue and the owner tom in regards to my complaints. Initially when my water heater broke we were told "we would be without hot water for the rest of the day" the following evening we called for informaton during business hours and the answer service took the msg but we never got a call back. We had a freeze up and the next day by 9:00 a. m they were at our house fixing the leak. Curtious, prompt and professional, an outstanding contractor.
