I rarely leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others about my experience at Resiliency Mind & Body Medicine with Dr. Stefani LaFrenierre. The TMS treatment I received here was deeply disappointing. From the very beginning, I felt like just another number—not a patient receiving individualized care. They use the Brainsway machine, which I later learned is considered less effective than newer models.
