Dr Kappel was Amazing and the best at what she does! Her medical expertise is Superb! Her beautiful personality matched her outward radiant beauty! Her Staff helped me so much at every step; answering all my questions and going above my expectations! Thank you for a great experience! I’ll be back :)
Stephanie is extremely professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The clear and brilliant wasn’t painful at all. At day 2 my skin isn’t burning or red. There is a little sand paper feel that isn’t visible to the eye. Overall extremely happy with my experience and results.
Dr. Kappel has done my lip filler twice now (.5 each time) and I’ve gotten compliments each time. I have a low pain tolerance and numbing cream still wasn’t needed, just a skilled injector. The results look natural and subtle. I’ve always been anxious about safety in regards to filler but Dr. Kappel talks through my concerns and prioritizes safety, anatomy, etc. I haven’t tried Botox just yet but Dr.Kappel is the only person I trust when the time comes. :)
Stephanie was fabulous! She was very informative and checked in frequently during the treatment. She built instant credibility with her thorough knowledge on Thermage plus all the various treatments available on the market. It was fun just chatting with her. 90 minutes went by so quickly!
I can' tell you how excited I was to see Dr. Kappel for a consultation and botox. She is the most highly skilled injector that I have ever had. Never have I experienced a painless botox injection, until today. I have had a fear of needles forever and it is normally a process to prepare with icing my face in the spot of the injection then use a distraction vibration tool while receiving the injection.
