Such an amazing experience with great bedside manner and a very natural approach. I feel amazing about my results and I’m very thankful I chose Dr Steffani Kappel.
Wonderful products and top-notch devices (seriously, you won’t find better) but incredibly concerned by the entire brand position being around transparency and honesty, yet it’s inarguably clear there is warping in Dr Kappel’s videos. I trusted her as a reliable, authentic source, as she says - so why is the very content in which you push for honesty physically filtered? We can see the paintings or the ocean or whatever behind you warping behind your face 🙁

The visit and treatment was quick and went smoothly, but overall I felt it lacked the level of care, detail, and communication I was expecting. I’ve had laser treatments at other dermatology offices and med spas, and those experiences were noticeably more thorough when it came to assessing and treating skin. Dr. Kappel is the best! I’m a redhead and had a bunch of broken capillaries on my face (especially my nose) and she went over them with a V-Beam laser and they’re 100% gone. I’m SO happy!
