I had a Fraxel with Dr. Kappel three weeks ago and I enjoyed the experience. Also, I love my skin looks and feels and I will do it again next year. This was my first skin laser session and it went better than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Kappel and will come back to see her.
I'm from NY, and been watching Dr Kappel videos on U tube, I'm very impressed with her logic and scientific approach for skin care. She's honest and very smart. I flew from NY to see her and I was more impressed after meeting her and her staff !! She has the cutting edge technology and very skilled friendly staff. I highly highly highly recommend her
Stay far away. It takes over 6 months to get scheduled. The front desk is rude. I tried to reschedule over 24 hours in advance because I was very sick and they charged me $200 and said it had to be over 72 hours in advance even though they book your appointment 6 months later.
I always get the best services at Dr Kappel’s practice. Had a laser treating yesterday for my under eyes. No down time, no bruising to build collagen. I can’t wait to see the results in a few months
