he did a great job but when it came to repairs I have never been to talked to so rude in my entire life. He wouldn't come out my heater wasn't working and it was 52 in my house I was just getting over pneumonia I had to beg him and he said if he got the chance maybe he'd swing by. Stefan Mechanical was very professional over the phone and in person. We were able to work out a date for installation and they were in and out in 1 day! My wife and children had a wonderful experience as Stefan's employees were professional and kind. After everything was said and done, they cleaned up and it was like they were never there! No mess!
