Very Disappointed! I needed help with a trust being dispursed correctly. The trustee was not being a fiduciary, the accounting was not being accurately kept, and the trustee was self serving for the work to be done. Bradley Martin was assigned my case. Six weeks after we met, he still had not contacted the trustee. Although he told me he was in touch with the trustee's attorney and had set an appointment with her, I found out later that there was no meeting. The trustee was never contacted. Stefan and Bradley are great guys, attorneys, trustworthy, fair rates. They tell you what legal work they do, and don't do. I received a pre-work estimate that was held as quoted. I was able to revise my final wishes and belongings distribution docs myself. In short, Bradley did an excellent job on my Revocable Trust revision and saved me some money otherwise. I'd highly recommend inquiring with them regarding your legal needs.
