Unfortunately I’ve had to come back and remove my original review as my new experience has been devastating. While my partner had a fantastic experience getting my engagement ring my wedding ring was a whole different experience. I went in with a very exact design for the ring I need to match my engagement ring and unfortunately it was made completely wrong and 2 sizes too big. I went to get my wedding band fixed and my engagement ring remodelled, and I’m really happy with how it all turned out. Fiona had a clear vision for the design and really went above and beyond with her attention to detail to make it perfect. The craftsmanship is lovely, and my wedding band feels much stronger and more secure after being reinforced. It took a bit of back and forth to refine everything, but I’m so pleased with the final result.
My partner and I recently visited Stefan Diamonds to look at wedding rings and were very well looked after by Sophia. The selection was beautiful, and the service was outstanding.
