Dr. Bergeron and his team have been outstanding throughout the year I’ve been visiting this office. They are always accommodating, and the level of customer service and quality of care are truly top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental team.
First visit, we were asked to sign an estimate before being seen, but that form was just an approval to charge our credit card for any future incidental charges they might charge us. The dentists' first words were, "Hi, I'm Dr. Stephan Bergeron, I was reviewing your information, and I don't think that we will be a good match for you. So we don't want to waste any more of your time.". Either we were too old for their target clientele or because we questioned the estimated charges for services we didn't even ask for.
Dr. Bergeron is incredible. Absolutely wonderful experience with him - from start to finish, he provided exceptional care and attention. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The office is modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology, making each visit efficient and comfortable. I had some work done recently and it was SUCH a good and friendly experience. Would trust him with anything. Can’t recommend enough.
