Harold Coffin III in service was great. He supported a tire issue we were having with our 2019 Atlas. However, two days later, the manager Edward Jandreau called to let us know that he needed to consult a mechanic (someone who "really knew what they were doing"). After deliberation, Mr. Jandreau called to let us know that he would not be able to honor the warranty that Mr. Coffin had given us two days prior.
