My wife has to have a test sample sent out to a lab. We paid for the doctor's visit and lab. A week later they called and said they forgot to send out the lab and that she had to come back in and redo the sample. They proceeded to charge her again even though she already paid for the service once. They said there was nothing they could do about it. If you actually need immediate care, stick to telemedicine and the ER. How I wish I had.
Visiting Alaska on vacation, obviously needed medical care and came across Steese. Quite happy I did, I enjoyed the entire crew. Clean, professional, and really kind. Tasted the lysol haha. I recommend them for urgent care needs.
