This crew at Steese Immediate care / urgent care is fantastic. They took great care of me. Made accommodation and made it a seamless process. Got everything I needed done in the same day. They have an exray machine here also. Dr. Matija took Great care of me. I was visible here. She answered all my questions with ease. Highly recommend...!! Thank y'all for your professionalism.

I was traveling through the Fairbanks area and I had called to ask about coming in. They told me I could come in and the wait time varies depending on when I got there. When I arrived the girls up front were extremely friendly and helpful. I got taken back relatively quickly and met with a female provider Matija. The experience was very nice. I was in and out quickly. I enjoyed all the staff and the facility was clean. It was overall a very good experience.

This place is a scam. My 22 year old son went in because he was afraid he had pneumonia. They charged him over $800 and want to do X-rays, 4 different tests and a blood draw, upchaging him all the way. If he had done what these scammers wanted it would have cost him over $1400 for one 2 hour visit…. And he has insurance. These people are everything that is wrong with medical. Oh, and the 4 tests he did pay for all came back negative….

My wife has to have a test sample sent out to a lab. We paid for the doctor's visit and lab. A week later they called and said they forgot to send out the lab and that she had to come back in and redo the sample. They proceeded to charge her again even though she already paid for the service once. They said there was nothing they could do about it. So not only did we have to pay twice because of their mess up but my wife has had to be in pain for extra week because they still can't prescribe the correct antibiotic. I would s... read more
