Let me be fair: The staff was pleasant and our server friendly, the facilities were good and the selection decent. But two things in particular were somewhat disappointing: 1) The food on the line was not hot, not really even warm. The rolls didn't melt the butter we put on them. The hamburger steak and catfish were basically cold. My wife and I agreed: Our plates were warmer than the food itself. And, 2) the food is hardly -- if at all (?) -- seasoned.
