Very rude secretary I was in the phone to try understanding what the exams cost and she’s never had any customers service skills . She’s hang up the phone in my face even not done the conversation. I keep calling her she’s remove me in the voice mall. I don’t recommend any one do bussines with them.

The staff was outstanding very helpful and did everything they could to make me comfortable?
My experience was very good. I only gave a 4 star because when checking in, there was another woman my age who didn't like using her phone to check in. When I asked the front desk attendant for another option for her, she said there was none. It all had to be done on the phone. I personally have no problem using my phone, however, there are older people who do find it frustrating.
