At first the receptionist was nice, until I question my coverage from my insurance , which I did not give her a hard time. I paid for exam anyway however after the exam she was giving me a stank look when I had question about ordering contact and I also advise her the doctor stated he was going to give me a couple pair . I did not order contact there because it was too expensive honestly go to Costco . Very rude secretary I was in the phone to try understanding what the exams cost and she’s never had any customers service skills . She’s hang up the phone in my face even not done the conversation. I keep calling her she’s remove me in the voice mall. I don’t recommend any one do bussines with them.
It was a quick and informative visit. I would recommend to others.
The staff was outstanding very helpful and did everything they could to make me comfortable?
