It was a horrible experience. My daughter turned in her key on 10/31 and was told she would get her $368.75 deposit back in the mail. We gave it a few months, thinking it would take time. We called four times in January and were told it usually only takes 30 to 45 business days. Management said it was a new bank systems issue, and the owner had to wait on the bank because 30 checks had been sent back. According to management, the bank made a mistake. Decent for being close to campus. Get there early the day they open new leases or you may not make the list. Very competitive since it’s “off campus” but especially close to the college of business and the new engineering building. I hope you like trains rattling your bed in the dead of night as they come through at all hours! Some people get used to them but I could never.
