As a person that has lived here for over 6 years I can say both good and bad things on this community. My first big issue would be that since taking in section 8 the comfortable safe feeling that was there the many years before are now gone. Unfortunatly money speaks louder than the community I guess. I have also noticed that since Crawford communities has taken over getting things fixed has deffinatly taken a turn for the worse. These apartments are falling apart!! The roofs leak, the basements flood, there is a mold problem, and the neighborhood is overrun with stray cats that they wont catch. The office staff is VERY rude and unsympathetic. Its hard to get maintenence even to come to your apartment let alone actually fix something completely. They started a few different projects and left to get parts and never came back!! Watch out for the office staff, they make empty promises to new tenents.
