I used to love this place, but unfortunately my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I recently changed insurance companies and made sure to confirm with their administrative staff ahead of time that my new insurance was accepted. I was reassured that it was. However, when I arrived for my son's appointment and was already sitting in the waiting room, someone from the clinic called my phone to tell me they do not accept my insurance. Dr. B is the best doctor my 3 kids have ever seen! He’s so great with them and he truly cares and each patient. We also had the pleasure of seeing the NP, Heather, and she was just as amazing! Everyone at this office is such a pleasure! Thank you all!
Dr. Bielamowicz at Steeplechase Pediatrics is absolutely wonderful. He’s patient, kind, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything clearly. The nurses are caring and make my son feel completely at ease during every visit. The office is clean, well-organized, and easy to schedule with. You can tell Dr. Bielamowicz truly cares about his patients!
N3I am frustrated today, I was told it's okay to do walk in, ill just have to pay $20 and so I drove 25mins from my house in the Fry road branch. When I get there, my son have a little accident because he spit some phlegm from his cough, and from there the front lady was telling me they couldn't see him because he doesn't have an appointment, and I told them I called and someone said it's okay but then they said they have a different date available.
