Dr. Bielamowicz at Steeplechase Pediatrics is absolutely wonderful. He’s patient, kind, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything clearly. The nurses are caring and make my son feel completely at ease during every visit. The office is clean, well-organized, and easy to schedule with. You can tell Dr. Bielamowicz truly cares about his patients!
N3I am frustrated today, I was told it's okay to do walk in, ill just have to pay $20 and so I drove 25mins from my house in the Fry road branch. When I get there, my son have a little accident because he spit some phlegm from his cough, and from there the front lady was telling me they couldn't see him because he doesn't have an appointment, and I told them I called and someone said it's okay but then they said they have a different date available. Dr. B is so amazing! He’s caring, and takes the time to understand.
I had a distressing experience with Nurse Practitioner Cynthia during my children's visit for their shots. Her rudeness and disrespect were absolutely unacceptable. She entered the room without even acknowledging us and seemed completely disinterested in her job. After administering the shots, she rushed out without a word, leaving us confused and unsure if we could leave the room.
