Do not move here. They up the rent every year, the matinance is slow on work orders, they don't care for the grounds, the trash area is always full of trash and the office staff is rude and they don't care about their tenants. In what world is it okay to leave a tenant for two solid weeks without a washer who has children!!!! For a place that charges almost 2000 dollars a month i should not be having any of these issues!
Alright, first of all, the thing is that l've been living in this apartment for about five months now. Since I moved in, there have been a lot of issues. Firstly, there's a big problem with bugs -lots of roaches. Even though it's been five months, they haven't done any proper treatment. They just say they'll come and spray, but it doesn't help. "LIVING IN A TOXIC CLOUD" after 3 months I am updating that even though I was assured "we take smoking violations serious" It has only worsened since I chose not to complain but to allow management to handle. As of 7:30 this morning as in every morning a neighbor sits near my balcony and SMOKES, SMOKES and SMOKES! My health is greatly affected by 2nd hand SMOKE.. Use care when researching places to live that do not allow smoking, drugs or loitering!
I went on a self guided tour of a two bedroom model. While there I noticed several items in poor condition, which leads me to worry how the liveable units are maintained if the model is in this state of disrepair. The front and back door cant shut all the way in order for the deadbolt to line up properly, leaving ample space for pests and outside (hot) air to come in. This was evidenced by several dead bugs in the bathtub and on the floor throughout the unit. The patio storage door was broken as well.
Terrible unsafe place to live. Maintenance has known about the ceiling leaking for months and nothing and the ceiling caved in and fell on my mother and she had to go to the mergency room. It is mold going. Ac not working. Don’t move here
