I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex! The staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance team is quick and efficient, and the location is perfect close to everything I need. I feel safe and comfortable living here, and im so glad i chose to live here.
I really did not want to do this , but it’s just not fair.I signed contract on August 2024 , the lease person did not want to show the apartment and I trusted her ,sign the lease. For my surprise, our first day of moving , the apartment was super dirty and dusty and in bad condition . I reported immediately to the office, and the lease lady came over and said that her manager was supposed walked the unit before and did not, and that everything was supposed too be fixed but she didn’t know why it didn’t happen.She as well too... read more
Update: 6 months later STILLL have roaches even with a new exterminator. I am so upset that I am forced to move. Not only do I still have roaches, I had to find out from my coworker that someone was killed in the complex. Steeplechase reported to the news it was "a domestic crime," the same week graffiti on the club house wall a gang sign/ name. Weeks later it's still there!? I have move there in June 10 I have not pass one month without having a problem today was the was experience I have I when to the office for something that is not working what I get in return was then call the cops on me second my heat not working my wife is pregnant the manager said in front of the cop the way I treat you is the same way i would’ve treated your pregnant wife If looking for place you desperately need it please take time to find a place because this place is not it and to honest is not everyone in that office... read more
