Had a faucet leak which caused a large puddle in the kitchen, under the cabinets, and soaked into the trim late Friday afternoon, called the office to get it taken care of, nobody showed up until Monday afternoon. We towel dried most of it, and what we couldn't get had mostly air dried at this point. Technician had an attitude too. Kinda sucks lol.
I have now lived in the complex for 3 years, and want to mention the members of the office who do a wonderful job. I am always received in a pleasant and professional manner. And that's exactly what you wish for when you come to find out something in the office. And persistence in this way is something that deserves appreciation. Thank you! :)
