I’ve lived at Steeplechase at Malta since October 2023, and Joanna and Roshelle have made a real difference. Communication is consistent through emails, notices at the door, and even follow-up calls on work orders. There’s more maintenance happening across the property and events that bring the community together. Their effort to turn the complex around hasn’t gone unnoticed, and it’s truly appreciated.
Edit: were leaving in the fall and have been here since 2022. The pool has been open maybe 3 full weeks, it opened towards the middle of June(when its supposed to be open by memorial day) and has been closed multiple times with no proper notice due to issues with the pumps. So dont get your kids ready for the pool before checking if its open. (3rd time my kids have been disappointed just in the last 3 weeks) The pool is missing 3/4 of its cushions on the chairs And grass is growing out of the gutters Yard work doesnt get don... read more
Edit: were leaving in the fall and have been here since 2022. They've fixed the codes that were a problem and have definitely made moves to making this community what it deserves to be. I've been here a year almost 2 and leaving next year (2025). If this place wasn't so cheap we'd leave alot sooner but they also just upped out rent too. They tell people to pick up their dog poop and sending notices about dog poop but they can't empty the can by the mailboxes. Edit: were leaving in the fall and have been here since 2022. I see effort now within this last year. There's alot more they're working towards to make this place 100% . Taking efforts in communication, efforts to the playground (it was very busted up for quite sometime) and overall efforts in the apartments. It feels now they're playing quite a bit of catch up from previous issues but I see that they are definitely trying to improve.
