Worse now. I rented a unit with a fireplace back in august. I’m paying more for a fireplace unit and up until last Friday, May 5 when I was finally told I could use the fireplace. They won’t give me back the additional money for the fireplace I did not have use of. Now, just when I needed our pool for aqua therapy from knee surgery, I’m now told the pool will not be opened until late June. Please don’t believe them because the pool hasn’t been open for 3 years. Luxury apartments? Not here. I saw the model, so nice. I moved in my apartment, poor at best. No stainless steel appliances, no 2 tone paint. The painting is horrible, drips and runs on everything. My fireplace was sprayed with black spray paint, overspray on the white baseboards. And now, I'm being told that even though I'm paying for an apartment with a fireplace... I'm not allowed to use it? Spend your money elsewhere.
