I give two stars because of the things that still need to be fixed. However the maintenance man was very pleasant.
They can’t respond to emails or phone calls. I was interested in the property but unfortunately their communication skills drove me away! Happy to sign a lease where communication is a strong suit.
Do not move in here unless you enjoy being tortured by constant construction noise and rent increases. Living here has been an absolute nightmare and it’s a money trap because they are increasing rent plus utilities are astonishing. You pay for utilities for the construction sites. As if you are not tortured enough by the noise. They come back for more.
