This complex used to be a great place to live with attentive caring staff. Unfortunately, that has changed in the last couple of years. Possibility due to change in management. Calls, voicemails, and emails go unanswered. IF a call is eventually returned, the staff is rude. Office hours are unpredictable. You have to physically drive to their office to speak with someone and then you get the run around. I could provide details and names, but this review would be too long. After visiting about 6 or 7 different places, I finally found my home. The apartments and community are absolutely beautiful. Kamlynn really sealed the deal for me. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. She answered every question I had and made me feel right at home before I had even submitted my application. I will be moving in later this month and I couldn't be more excited.

Submitted work order regarding air-conditioning. No response or communication from maintenance team. 36 hours later left message with office, called back later that day. No communication until I arrived home and visited the office. I have another work order in and no communication for a week on status.
