Our first year here has been very nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The response to our needs has been quickly taken care o My only negative is that there are some things around the building that need to be done. The sidewalk is in need of repair and some areas could use some touchup painting.
My family and I visited Steeplechase Apartments in Loveland Ohio on Wednesday July 9, 2025, we had a full tour around the property with Dustin and he was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. If anyone is interested in looking at Steeplechase Apartments, I highly recommend that you contact Dustin. I've thoroughly enjoyed living at Steeplechase Apartments. The staff are very friendly and there is an outstanding maintenance team. They have always been there for me whenever I've needed them. The location is close to the best stores, gas stations, and restaurants. There is also easy access to the I-71 highway and a few miles down the road, access to the I-275. Living here feels very safe!
