The new management is beyond terrible—they don’t care about residents, and their dismissive, unprofessional attitude makes every issue a battle. This is a wonderful team of leasing coordinators, maintenence and property managangement, facilitating an excellent and efficient operation at Steeplechase Apartments. Thanks for all your hard work and fantastic service! Beautiful place to live and experience.
Maintenence was prompt, the maintenance workers were very polite and considerate. I was also given a courtesy email update on pending completion of service. Very impressed and satisfied.
