I've lived here since may and it's my favorite apartment I've lived in. I haven't had an issue since and the apartment is very spacious I also love that there is a lot of parking space.
Very spacious apartments, the pool and gym are wonderful to use and kept clean, friendly and accommodating office staff, 5 stars!

I’ve lived here for 2 months now. It’s been really good so far. The office staff is prompt and friendly. Maintenance repair orders are completed in a timely manner. My building is pretty quiet given the fact that there several families with kids including me which is good. Most of the pet owners clean up after their pets. Steeplechase is a great place to stay with spacious floor plans and great amenities.Some things that the property could do better on are things such as updating appliances. I’ve really enjoyed living at Steeplechase on Maple. The apartment is comfortable, quiet, and feels like home. The area is peaceful and convenient, and I’ve had no issues since moving in. It’s a great place to live, and I’m happy I chose this community.
