Love our apartment. Office staff keep us updated on current events, maintenance staff is always there when we need them and always Kind and courteous.
Had a tour scheduled for 1:30 PM, showed up to locked doors at the leasing office and no leasing agent in sight for the next 30 minutes. Eventually left frustrated at the lack of communication. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of time.
I know it was rushed but I'm so grateful he came out and got us fixed up the same day! Steeplechase really goes above and beyond for it's tenants.
waited 30 minutes for a tour but no one ever showed up. Super disrespectful and rude to not even call or anything. Not even interested in living here anymore.
