I am writing to share my ongoing concerns regarding the condition of our apartment following snow and rain. This is now the third occurrence within the past year where our ceiling has leaked significantly, resulting in yellow water pouring from multiple areas and soaking the carpet. I've only lived here since June, but I love it. The neighbors are friendly, and the staff remembered my name within a week! The apartments are nice and conveniently located near delicious restaurants. I wish I would have moved here sooner!
