Basement flooded on a weekend called their “emergency maintenance” number and it was someone who didn’t work for them for months. Whole weekend basement where your washer and dryer and storage unit was shin deep water. Almost 1100 a month and can’t even get a basement unflooded from not updating phone numbers. Anytime we had an issue with our down stairs neighbor who owned 5 animals and smelled property manager would just “mass message” everyone in the building and call them ignorant.
